Affiliate terms

Overview
These terms apply to everyone who joins the Instant Monetized affiliate program. By applying you agree to them. Instant Monetized may accept or decline any application at its discretion.
Joining the program
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Joining is free.
Give accurate details when you apply. We may ask for more information before approving you.
Your link or code
Once approved you receive a unique discount code and a referral link. Referrals are tracked for 30 days after a click on your link, in the browser that clicked it. Orders that use your code are credited to you. Do not share your link in a way that hides or changes where it goes.
Commission
You earn a share of the order value for each qualifying sale made through your link or code, based on your tier:
- Standard (10%): Every approved affiliate starts here.
- Pro (15%): Affiliates with 5 or more qualifying sales in a calendar month.
- Partner (20%): Established YouTube channels, coaches and communities, by invitation.
Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, after discounts. Rates can change, and the rate that applies when an order is placed is used for that order.
Qualifying sales
- The order is completed and paid for.
- The order is not refunded, cancelled or charged back.
- The order is not placed by you, your household or anyone acting for you.
Promotion rules
- Clearly disclose that you are an affiliate wherever you share your link, in line with the advertising rules where you live.
- Do not promise or imply income, earnings or results. Every account and every creator is different.
- Do not spam, send unsolicited messages or use misleading ads.
- Do not bid on our brand name in paid search or pretend to be us.
- Follow the rules of the platform you promote on.
Payouts
Payouts are made monthly, between the 1st and 5th, once your approved balance reaches $50, by USDT (TRC20), with bank transfer coming soon. Make sure the payout details you give us are correct, because crypto payments cannot be reversed. Commissions on an order become payable after the refund period for that order has passed.
Ending your membership
You can leave at any time. We can suspend or remove an affiliate who breaks these terms, and commissions linked to broken rules may be withheld.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
