Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before you place an order.
• Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
• An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
• Discounts, such as bundle discounts, apply only as described at checkout.

Delivery

After purchase we send the account details and transfer instructions to the email address you provide. Please enter it correctly. Delivery times we mention are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details, including the email used for the transfer.
• Follow the transfer instructions and secure the account (for example by changing passwords) as soon as you receive it.
• Use the account lawfully and follow the rules of the platform it belongs to.

Third-party platforms

Accounts belong to third-party platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. Those platforms have their own terms and policies, which we do not control and which can change. A platform may limit, suspend or remove an account or its features at its own discretion. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of the relevant platform before you buy.

No earnings guarantee

We do not promise any level of views, followers, revenue or monetization after transfer. Results depend on how the account is used and on the platform's rules.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site to break the law, to misuse the accounts you buy, or to interfere with the site's operation.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, arising from your use of the site or of an account. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here on the date of your order applies to that order.
